These Iceberg Letttuces are sourced from certified organic farms, grown without chemicals that are generally used in conventional farming. They are cultivated using organic methods and products. The Lettuces in our stores are mostly sourced within 24 hours of harvest and their availability will be based on the season. Commercially grown Iceberg Lettuces may contain residues of acetamiprid, azoxystrobin, beta-cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, dimethoate and chlorpyrifos. Studies have suggested that exposure to these may cause nausea, constipation, headaches, tingling, itching, and loss of bladder control.
