We continuously try to ensure that the flat beans reach our stores, within 24 hours of harvesting. Studies show that some of the most commonly used chemicals in commercial flat beans farming are quizalofop, trifluralin, simazine, chlorpyrifos, fluazifop-p-butyl, carbofuran, glyphosate, and metribuzin. Studies suggest that these chemicals may cause problems such as excessive sweating, headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal muscle cramps, tremors and weakness.
