Product Highlights :
An excellent alternative for paneer, Health on Plants classic tofu is a good source of protein and several other nutrients. Given that this tofu has a fairly neutral taste, it can act as a clean slate for a variety of flavours, making it perfect for Indian and global cuisines. Carefully crafted using ancient Japanese methods, this tofu is prepared using soybeans that are cultivated via organic methods and non GMO seeds. There are no artificial preservatives, flavour additives or chemicals used to prepare this healthy tofu. Commercially prepared tofu could have chemicals such as salicylic acid and DHA in it. Studies have indicated that while salicylic acid could cause breathing trouble, itching, hives, and swelling, DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) may lead to nausea, bruising and bleeding.
