The pulp has a sweet, sour and fruity aroma. Wellbe Tamarind is sourced from organic farms in Karnataka and is preservative free.What you get is unadulterated goodness for your culinary needs. Studies show that conventional tamarind may often be adulterated with poor quality and damaged tamarind and with foreign substances. This can compromise on the health benefits of tamarind.
